The highest court of the land has now become a laughingstock. Unfortunately. And it already was after Kavanaugh. I am mad, sad, distraught, disbelieving of the cold calculus of one Mitchell McConnell. But not really. I am terrified. This is how the United States of America now works? One week to see if the rest of this country is still sane. I think so, I hope so. But, I am so terrified. These people seem to win no matter what. I am not trying to be a downer, I’m simply scared.
